PACKET PICKUP & EXPO

Mark your calendars for the packet pickup and expo, where you’ll claim your race number, get latest race day information and pick up your swag. All registered athletes are required to pick up their own, packet-no exceptions. All registered athletes are required to present a current photo ID (driver’s license or passport).

11:00am – 7:00pm Expo Open | Mandatory Packet Pick Up | Optional Bike and Gear Check-In*

2:00pm Athlete Meeting on the basketball court

4:00pm Athlete Meeting on the basketball court

5:00pm Splash& Dash Transition opens

6:00pm Kids Splash & Dash Start – Senior (ages 11-15)

6:15pm Kids Splash & Dash Start – Junior (ages 7-10)

*Gear West Bike and Tri will provide on-site bike support both Friday and Saturday.

8:00am Race Start – Duathlon (from Transition)

11:00am Awards Ceremony

Relay Teams

Relay Teams can either pick up as a team (all team members must be present at the same time) or the team captain can pick up for the entire team. Captains must have a copy of each team members photo id at packet pickup. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Swimmers will receive a timing chip, bikers will receive bike and helmet numbers, and runners will receive a race bib.

THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY PACKET PICK UP UNLESS A VIP PACKAGE IS PURCHASED. QUANTITIES ARE LIMITED.
